Lily, who was a rather voluptuous writer, tagged a few vacation days on to her trip to a convention being held in sunny California.
Seeing as she was visiting warmer climes she decided to work on her tan.
Feeling somewhat shy and wanting a little privacy she decided to do her sunbathing on the roof of the hotel.
On her first day she donned a bathing suit she’d bought especially for her trip and enjoyed a peaceful, disturbance free day.
On the second day, after not having seen so much as a single soul the previous day, she decided to sunbathe in the nude for an all over tan.
Lily had hardly begun when she heard someone running up the stairs.
As Lily was already lying on her stomach, she decided to just pull a towel over her lily-white rear.
“Excuse me, Ma’am,” said the flustered assistant manager of the hotel, out of breath from running up the stairs. “The Hilton doesn’t mind you utilizing the roof to sunbathe, but we would very much appreciate you wearing a bathing suit as you did yesterday.”
“What difference does it make?” Lily asked rather calmly. “No one can see me up here, and besides, I’m covered with a towel.”
“Not exactly…” said the embarrassed man.
“You’re lying on the dining room skylight.”
LOL, Lunch anyone?
